Zendt settles payments directly to your Indian bank account.

Settlement schedule:

• International payments are settled on a T+1 basis via NEFT — meaning the next business day after the payment is received
• UPI payments are settled instantly or within a few hours

What to expect:

• You will receive an email notification when a payment is initiated by your client
• A second notification is sent when the settlement is transferred to your bank account
• You can track all settlements in your Zendt dashboard under Payments > Settlements

Delays:

• Settlements may take longer on bank holidays and weekends
• If a settlement is delayed beyond 2 business days, contact us at hello@zendtpayments.com with your transaction reference
